Welcome to WeDontSettle Triathlon

I offer coaching to all levels and abilities and in return I ask for willingness, open conversation and regular feedback so I can really help you.

What I do

I created WeDontSettle to help people grow into and enjoy Triathlon as well as other multi-discipline events. I believe that enjoyment in what you are doing comes before, and is the only thing that will reliably lead to achievement.

A coach is a partner. Together, we need to consider so much more than simply setting a plan and getting you to do it. Firstly, I take a mental-health-comes-first approach, which I take into account in everything I do. To really help, I need to understand who I'm coaching. How do you like to communicate, and how often. I need to know what makes you tick, and what might hold you back. I'll need to know about your lifestyle and your struggles, and the time you have available. We need to get to know each other really well, which will help you get results, but also help you enjoy the process.

  • Triathlon Coaching with strength and conditioning to help injury prevention

  • Run Coaching with strength and conditioning to help injury prevention

  • Nutrition Coaching to help you change your lifestyle, this is offered as part of every triathlon and running plan as standard

  • Mental health coaching to support and understand how I can help you

How I work:

  • I write personalised plans on a weekly basis that I send over TrainingPeaks for you to sync with your watch or bike computer

  • I really value regular interaction so I set up either a weekly or fortnightly 30 minute catch up to see how you are, discuss your progress and challenges and to set our focus going forward.

  • Regular contact on WhatsApp: I want to hear from you and I'm contactable most hours of the day on there.

  • Injury protections: I offer Strength and Conditioning Plans as part of every package to help you keep injury free.

  • Nutritional coaching: helping you understand your eating habits and the food choices that can help you get results.

  • I also offer one to one coaching sessions (location dependant) where we can focus on any single discipline or if there's something you'd specifically like some help on.

Coaching Packages

Multi-Discipline Coaching

  • Weekly Plan including all racing disciplines

  • Strength and conditioning sessions included in plan

  • All sessions added to TrainingPeaks and checked regularly during the week

  • Fortnightly 30 minute check in video calls to feedback any good points or ask questions

  • Nutritional coaching offered to support training

  • Direct contact via WhatsApp as often as needed most hours of the day

Single Discipline Coaching

  • Weekly Plan focusing on your chosen discipline

  • Strength and conditioning sessions included in plan

  • All sessions added to TrainingPeaks and checked regularly during the week

  • Fortnightly 30 minute check in video calls to feedback any good points or ask questions

  • Nutritional coaching offered to support training

  • Direct contact via WhatsApp as often as needed most hours of the day

1:1 Session (1 hour)

  • Offered on an individual basis

  • Location dependant

  • Focus of your choice to support your training

  • Consultations for nutritional coaching offered as 1:1 service but can be done remotely
